By deploying services or interacting with the Vorlix network, you automatically agree to abide by the rigorous operational standards detailed below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, provisioning, or utilizing any Vorlix infrastructure service, the Client mathematically agrees to these Terms of Service without modification. Vorlix reserves the right to amend these terms dynamically; ongoing use of the network constitutes acceptance.

2. Prohibited Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To maintain the impeccable reputation of our IP blocks and the integrity of our network, clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing Vorlix hardware for malicious activities. Non-compliance results in immediate nullrouting.

• Outbound Attacks: Generation of distributed denial of service (DDoS) traffic or port scanning.
• Malware & Phishing: Distribution of malicious software, ransomware, or operating deceptive phishing infrastructure.
• Illicit Material: Hosting copyright-infringing content without prior legal authorization.

3. Lifecycle Billing & Account Suspension

Our infrastructure operates on a prepaid cycle standard. Clear communication is provided throughout the billing phase to prevent service interruption.

• Invoicing: Subscriptions are billed on a strict monthly cadence automatically.
• Suspension Phase: Failure to settle invoices within 3 days post-due-date initiates a hard network suspension.
• Eradication Phase: Dedicated hardware is reclaimed and data is cryptographically wiped 7 days after suspension if the account remains delinquent.
