To provision and manage your enterprise server configurations securely, we collect essential operational data. We do not engage in excessive data harvesting.

• Account Data: Corporate entity names, authorized contact personnel, encrypted authentication credentials, and communication preferences.
• Billing Information: Payment history and validated billing addresses required for invoicing. Payment processing is tokenized securely via certified payment gateways like Stripe and GoPayFast.
• Telemetry & Diagnostics: Automated diagnostic data strictly related to server health, network latency, and infrastructure uptime to fulfill our SLA guarantees.

2. How We Utilize Your Data

Your operational data is utilized exclusively for the delivery, maintenance, and optimization of Vorlix infrastructure products.

• Executing rapid server deployment and unassisted remote provisioning.
• Providing proactive security alerts, network anomaly notifications, and technical support.
• Complying with mandatory legal obligations and regulatory frameworks in the jurisdictions we operate.

3. Infrastructure Security & Encryption

Security is embedded in the DNA of our network. We deploy military-grade encryption to ensure the isolation and integrity of your data.

• All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standard protocols.
• Data in transit is secured via TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols across our entire global backbone.
• Access to internal administrative tools is controlled via biometrics, hardware keys, and strictly enforced Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

4. Data Retention & Erasure

We retain your account information only as long as your enterprise holds an active service agreement with Vorlix. Upon service termination or cancellation, automated cryptographic shredding routines are initiated. Data stored on dedicated physical disks is permanently eradicated using DoD 5220.22-M standard wiping procedures before the hardware is returned to the available provisioning pool.
